Training and Coaching

Through training and seminars, as a link between theory and practice, I can impart and pass on the necessary competencies in the various areas of plastics engineering. The know-how transfer can also take place directly on-site in your company, where your employees are trained and coached on examples from your product range and in their familiar work environment. Especially the time-limited coaching of employees in the company offers the opportunity to quickly equip new and/or non-specialist employees with the necessary and important know-how in their own operational environment, so that tasks of daily practice can be taken over quickly and competently.
