3 Pi Consulting & Management GmbH was founded in 2003. The company is based in Nordhorn, Vechteaue 9.

I support my customers worldwide in the field of plastics processing with almost 40 years of practical experience, competence, and passion.

As a team-oriented leader, I support you in bridging vacancies in your company. As an interim manager at the first or second management level, I offer a goal- and result-oriented approach, with strong communication skills at eye level and methodological competence as a success factor.

Taking on project work in the field of plastics processing at my customers’ sites, as a coordinator or member of project teams in the areas of R&D, manufacturing, and assembly, as well as in new tooling projects, forms another focus of 3 Pi Consulting & Management GmbH’s activities.

In the field of application technology for injection molding and joining of plastics, as well as damage analysis, I support you with my many years of practical experience and knowledge from numerous troubleshooting projects in various industries such as medical technology, consumer goods industry, white goods, and household industry, as well as, of course, the large automotive sector.

In injection molding technology, in addition to classic application technology (tool, material, or process-driven), the focus is on linking product requirements with process engineering possibilities. In particular, the use of technical opportunities in special injection molding processes has led to a variety of interesting applications in my project practice.

In plastics joining technology, I draw on many years of experience from consulting projects and project management. My focus is on selecting suitable joining processes, designing joining zone geometries, and supporting and optimizing problems in series production.
